Conditions of sale

• All Swissatest test materials are generally available from stock. For larger deliveries, especially wash test strips, please ask for confirmation of the delivery time.
• All test fabrics can be cut or sewn according to customer requirements. The price is calculated on a time and material basis.
• Customer fabrics can also be made up on request. The price is charged at cost.
• In the case of special soiling according to customer requirements, the delivery date and price will be adjusted to the work involved.

Delivery conditions

• The delivery conditions are ex works.
• On customer request, Swissatest Testmaterialien AG will organize the transport. The offer calculation is based on Incoterms 2010: DAP (delivered named place, duty unpaid).
• All expenses shall be borne by the buyer.

Terms of payment

• The prices stated in this list are net, ex works.
• Invoices are issued in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR).
• Prices and exchange rates are subject to change!
• Payment must be made net to our bank account within 30 days of invoicing.
• Any bank or other charges incurred by the customer shall be borne by the customer.
• Swissatest Testmaterialien AG reserves the right to make advance payments.

General provisions

• The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, subject to Swiss law.
