Swissatest develops, produces and distributes world-leading test and reference materials. These products are used to perform according international standards based tests to optimise equipment and materials and to meet regulatory requirements. In close cooperation with our partners, we create innovative, customer-oriented solutions to increase the efficiency of equipment, products and processes, to improve the sustainable management of resources and to make a significant contribution to a sustainable world.

Among other things, our test materials enable comprehensive testing of washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers by taking into account factors such as detergents composition, mechanical action, different temperatures and cycle times. In addition, we offer specialized test materials for textiles and leather to test them for color fastness, dirt repellency or durability in accordance with applicable international standards or carry out individually tailored tests for hygiene – i.e. assessment of microbial removal.
